With some of the largest EN tanks in the nation, and 30 years of experience, Houston Plating & Coatings has been providing the highest quality electroless nickel plating, many different kinds of spray coatings, salt bath nitriding (SBN/QPQ), and other corrosion protection services to petroleum equipment and other manufacturers. A leader in technology, HP&C is pioneering its new Ni-sideTM process which is capable of effectively polishing and plating large volumes of high pressure gas cylinders and vessels to meet the growing demand for industrial gases in sectors such as semiconductor production.

Quality Control

In addition to the ISO 9001:2015 Certification, HP&C is one of the few plating and coating companies in the Houston-area that employs a Level III NACE Certified Coating Inspector on staff as well as other NACE certified inspectors at both locations. Serving Louisiana Customers
To better serve its growing list of Louisiana customers, HP&C operates a scheduled pick-up and delivery service to and from Louisiana. Customers can deliver parts to be EN, salt bath nitrided (QPQ), phosphate and spray processed in Houston to the HP&C pickup location in Broussard, Louisiana on Wednesday mornings. The finished parts can be picked up the following Wednesday at the same location – with no transportation charges.
