Automated Notifications

HP&C is committed to meeting – and exceeding – your expectations. To better track your parts in work, you can now request to receive one or more automated notifications:

Order Created – indicating that a work order has been created

On/Off Hold – indicating that an order has been placed on or off hold and the reason for the hold

Open Order – a daily report that details all your current orders in process

Order Ready – indicates that an order is ready to ship

Electronic Certification – certificate of specification conformance (if necessary) 

To authorize any or all of these automated notifications and specify the email(s) to which they should be sent, contact your HP&C sales representative.
